Want to stay active, strong, and mobile so you can keep doing the activities you love for years to come? Join our online Dryland Training classes on Zoom, built for adults who want to move better, prevent injuries, and stay active for life.
Originally developed for Masters swimmers, this Zoom fitness program is now open to all active adults — whether you’re into swimming, running, cycling, golf, or simply want to age well while staying fit.
📅 Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:15–8:15 AM (room opens at 7:00 AM)
📍 Dates: September 23 – December 23, 2025
Each 60-minute class is structured to maximize results:

30 minutes of mobility training for flexibility and joint health

10 minutes of activation drills to engage key muscle groups

20 minutes of strength work to build stability and maintain your range of motion
💪 Equipment-Friendly: Variations are provided for all levels and home setups — including bodyweight options, resistance bands, and light dumbbells — so you can follow along no matter what equipment you have.
